Micro Vickers/Vickers Hardness Tester
Application:
The testing procedures of Micro Vickers/Vickers are carried out in accordance with ISO 6507 specification on the pressure head and pressure load on test piece. The hardness is calculated by optically measuring the size of the indentation (diagonal) left by the indenter.
Screw hardness requirements are based on thread shape, screw grade, etc., and are tested in accordance with the hardness design of international standards or customer-specific hardness requirements, the International regulation which are applied to screw parts as : ISO 898-1, ISO 2702, DIN7500-1, SAE J1237, SAE J81...etc.
Rockwell Hardness Tester
Application: According to standard, applied to screws, standard ISO 898-1.
Torsional Relevant Test
Tests: Torsional strength test, thread rolling test, plasticity test, surface finish test.
